Ingredients
2 cups seedless grapes
⅓ cup capers, drained & rinsed
1 shallot, minced
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
4x 250 g tuna steaks
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
Directions
Preheat outdoor grill and lightly oil the grate.
Coat steaks with lemon juice then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Stir together all the remaining ingredients then SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste and set aside.
Cook tuna to desired doneness, 2-3 minutes per side for medium-rare.
Serve with the grape and caper salsa.
