Ingredients

rice bran oil cooking spray
½ onion, grated
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup basil, chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tsp tomato paste
4 tbsp romano cheese, grated
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
750 g ground turkey
⅓ cup breadcrumbs
3 cups Tuimato sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 160oC. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
In a bowl, whisk together onion, garlic, fresh basil, egg, SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, tomato paste, cheese and SIDS SALT & PEPPER until combined. Gently mix in turkey and bread crumbs with your hands, making sure not to over-mix. If the mixture is too wet, add an extra tablespoon or two of bread crumbs. Form into 24 small balls using your hands.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, turning once half way through cooking until no longer pink (make sure not to overcook). In the meantime, prepare pasta according to package directions and keep warm.
Heat sauce in a pot over medium-low heat. Add turkey meatballs. Layer desired pasta, meatballs and sauce in a jar. Top with fresh basil. Enjoy.
