Ingredients

1 tsp rice bran oil
500 g ground turkey breast
1 cup diced orange capsicum
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
3 cups marinara sauce
2 cups baby spinach leaves
4 zucchini, cut into noodle-shape strands

Directions

Heat oil in a large frypan over medium heat. Add turkey breast, capsicum, garlic, Italian Seasoning, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and red pepper flakes then cook and stir until turkey is lightly browned, 4-5 minutes.
Stir Marinara Sauce and baby spinach into the turkey mixture then cook and stir until marinara sauce is warm through, about 3 minutes.
Stir zucchini noodles into the sauce with tongs then cook and stir until the zucchini is slightly tender, 2-3 minutes.
