Ingredients
4 tsp garlic, minced
2 tsp dried rosemary
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
2 kg pork tenderloin
Directions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.
Combine garlic, rosemary, oregano, SIDS SALT & PEPPER in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin. Place in a baking dish.
Bake in the oven until pork is slightly pink in the centre, 20-25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the centre should read at least 63°C. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
