Ingredients
500 g thick-cut bacon
¼ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a rimmed baking tray with baking paper.
Very lightly sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT then twist each slice tightly and lay on the baking tray. The pieces can be touching.
Bake for 20 minutes, then flip the bacon and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
