Ingredients
4 veal loin chops 2 cm thick
1½ tbsp rice bran oil
1½ tbsp lemon juice
1½ tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
250 g potato, boiled & mashed with butter & milk
250 g kumera, boiled & mashed with butter & milk
Directions
Mix oil, lemon juice & SIDS CRAZY LEMON together then marinate chops for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
Mix together the mashed potato & kumera. Sear chops on a well oiled high grill then reduce heat to medium and cook, basting with marinade, for about 3 minutes each side. Keep mash hot on the BBQ.
Serve with mash.
