Vegetable Clear Soup

One of the simplest soup recipe which you can whip up with few fresh or leftover veggies which you can grab from your kitchen. With little salt pepper, you have yourself a bowl full of goodness.

Ingredients

1 cup mixed vegetables, finely chopped
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
3 cups vegetable stock
1 tsp rice bran oil
1 tsp chopped coriander

Directions

Heat oil or butter in a sauce pan. Add the chopped vegetables, onion & garlic. Sauté for few minutes. Add vegetable stock along with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Bring it to a rolling boil, bring the flame to low medium. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
