Ingredients
1 cup mixed vegetables, finely chopped
1 tbsp onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
3 cups vegetable stock
1 tsp rice bran oil
1 tsp chopped coriander
Directions
Heat oil or butter in a sauce pan. Add the chopped vegetables, onion & garlic. Sauté for few minutes. Add vegetable stock along with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Bring it to a rolling boil, bring the flame to low medium. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
