Ingredients

Any SIDS VINEGARS
SIDS CRAZY SALT or SIDS CRAZY LEMON
kumera, diced
pumpkin, diced
spring onion
red onion
tomatoes
rice bran oil

Directions

Pan fry until just tender then sprinkle SIDS CRAZY SALT and set aside to cool. Arrange various lettuce leaves on a serving plate and sprinkle with sliced spring onion, ½ rounds of red onion and slices of fresh tomato. Toss with the vegetables. Just before serving, sprinkle with SIDS VINEGAR to taste.
