Ingredients

Spray-on cooking oil
1 onion, grated fine
1½ cups of vegetables fine chopped
2 tbsp SIDS FEIJOA & CHILLI SAUCE
¼ cup tasty cheese, grated
2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
3 eggs
1 cup milk
½ cup flour, self raising
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste

Directions

Spray oil on the baking dishes then place onion and other vegetables into the baking dishes and scatter with cheese. Lightly beat the eggs, milk and SIDS FEIJOA & CHILLI SAUCE together. Add the flour and mix well with no lumps then pour over the vegetables. Sprinkle with SIDS SALT & PEPPER and bake at 200oC for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
Serve hot or cold.
