Ingredients

1 tbsp rice bran oil
1 onion, sliced
3 carrots, cubed
2 whitestone turnips, quartered
500 g new potatoes
1 cup vegetable stock
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
100 ml vegetable stock
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
200 g green olives, washed

Directions

Add onion to hot oil & stir-fry until golden. Add carrots, turnips, potatoes, stock & bring to the boil. Cover, then simmer for 15 minutes until turnips are tender. Meantime, blend parsley, coriander, paprika & water until smooth. Add herb mixture to vegetables in a pan together with olives & SIDS CRAZY LEMON. Cover & cook for 20 minutes, stirring, until vegetables are tender. Serve hot over cooked rice or couscous.
