Ingredients
½ avocado, mashed
2 tsp SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR
250 g cream cheese block, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 pkt ranch dressing mix
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup broccoli, very finely chopped
1 cup cauliflower, very finely chopped
1 cup carrots, very finely chopped
1 pkt 28 cm tortillas, room temperature
Directions
Combine avocado with SIDS RASPBERRY VINEGAR and mix well. Combine avocado, cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix and mix with electric mixer until blended. Add the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and shredded cheese then mix together.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortillas - thin layers work best.
Roll tortillas tightly, placing seam down then, chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Cut into 1 cm slices before serving.
