Ingredients
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrot, shredded
1 cup cucumber, seeded & diced
1 small red onion, chopped
½ cup bean sprouts
¼ tsp SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB
1 spring onion, chopped
12 Vietnamese roll skins
1 tbsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Directions
In a medium bowl combine cabbage, sprouts, carrot, cucumber, coriander, SIDS SMOKEY BBQ RUB and onions.
Before using, soak skins in water for 10-15 seconds and shake off excess water. Place about ¼ cup of vegetable mixture in the bottom of roll. Take the roll edge nearest to you and fold to cover the filling. Take the side edges and fold in tightly. Roll outward to seal. Repeat procedure for remaining 11 rolls. Mix together SIDS PLUM SAUCE and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE.
Serve spring rolls with a ramekin of sauce mixture.
