Ingredients
4 x 20 cm bread rolls
350 g steak
2 tbsp rice bran oil
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
Directions
Cut the beef into 2 cm pieces and season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
Heat a heavy frypan with 1-2 tablespoons of oil and sauté the beef over high heat until just browned. Add the garlic, soy sauce and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE then cook for 2-3 minutes more, until desired doneness. Remove from heat. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
Split sandwich rolls lengthwise. Place shredded lettuce and tomato in rolls. Divide beef among the four rolls, placing it on top of the lettuce. Drizzle with SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE and any other desired sauce, then top with potato sticks.
