Ingredients
500 g venison steaks, cubed
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
¼ tsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
500 g SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO
½ cup jalapeno pepper slices
10 slices bacon, cut in half
toothpicks, soaked in water
1 tbsp SIDS PLUM SAUCE
Directions
Season the venison with SIDS CRAZY SALT and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE. Place in a bowl and pour in enough SIDS RASPBERRY HONEY MAYO to cover. Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the grill. Drain and discard the marinade from the meat. Place a slice of jalapeno on top of a piece of meat, then wrap with a slice of bacon. Secure with a soaked toothpick. Repeat with remaining meat.
Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally to brown the bacon.
Serve with SIDS PLUM SAUCE in a ramekin and enjoy!
