Ingredients

1 kg ground beef
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
820 g canned Watties tomato sauce
820 g canned kidney beans, not drained
820 g canned pinto beans, not drained
820 g canned tomatoes chopped, not drained
1 yellow onion diced
1 diced jalapeno de-seeded & de-veined (optional)
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 orange bell pepper. chopped
1 tbsp cumin powder
¼ cup chilli powder
1 tsp New York Cut pepper
2 tsp salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp butter

Directions

In a heavy bottomed stockpot, brown the ground beef then sprinkle with SIDS CRAZY SALT.
Add in the rest of the ingredients (except the butter) and bring to a boil.
Lower to a simmer and cook uncovered for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
Add in the butter and stir until fully melted and incorporated.
Serve with cooked pasta or on it's own.
