Ingredients
¼ cup whiskey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
¼ cup chopped onion
2 tbsp bread crumbs
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dried basil
800 g beef mince
8 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
8 hamburger buns or baps
Directions
In a large bowl, combine SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS SALT & PEPPER and everything except the ground beef and buns. Add ground beef and mix lightly until thoroughly mixed. Shape into 8x 1 cm thick patties.
Grill burgers over medium high heat, for 4-5 minutes on each side or until internal thermometer reads 71°C. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
