Ingredients

2½ cups whole wheat flour
1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1½ tsp baking soda
½ cup honey
4 eggs
6 mashed bananas
½ cup greek yogurt
⅔ cup rice bran oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup golden raisins optional

Directions

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Whisk the eggs and honey together. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and SIDS SALT & PEPPER.
To the egg mixture, add banana, rice bran oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract.
In small portions, use a spatula to fold the flour mixture into the egg mixture. Once well-combined, add in the raisins.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan then bake for about 50 minutes. Check the doneness by inserting a toothpick into the centre of the bread. If it comes out clean, it's ready. Enjoy.
