Ingredients
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
½ cup red dry wine
2 tbsp bush honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
2 tsp SIDS SALT & PEPPER
1 tsp rosemary, chopped finely
1 tbsp thyme, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup soy sauce
2 thick rib-eye steaks
Directions
Whisk together SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE, SIDS CRAZY SALT and all ingredients but the steak. Pour into a large ziplock bag. Add steaks and smoosh them around to coat. Allow the steak to marinate in the fridge overnight.
Allow steak to come back to room temperature so the meat cooks evenly. Grill on a charcoal grill to your desired doneness, turning every 15 seconds. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste.
