Ingredients
6 potatoes, peeled
rice bran oil for frying
2 tsp powdered chicken bouillon
fresh parsley
Parmesan cheese
SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE
Directions
Preheat oil to 380°C.
Use a spiralizer to slice potatoes into thin coils then fry until brown and transfer to a large, paper towel-lined bowl.
Sprinkle with powdered bouillon. Add fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese.
Serve with a large ramekin of SIDS TAMARILLO SAUCE.
