Ingredients
200 g cooked chicken or pork mince
1 tsp SIDS CRAZY LEMON
100 g carrot, fine strips
50 g coriander leaves, chopped
60 ml sweet chilli sauce
15 ml sesame oil
20 rice paper sheets
DIPPING SAUCE:--
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp Kikkoman GF soy
Directions
Place carrot, cabbage, coriander, chilli sauce, sesame oil, mince and SIDS CRAZY LEMON in a bowl and mix well.
Dip each piece of rice paper in a large bowl of warm water until soft then place on a board. Place 2-3 tbsp of the mixture at the side of the rice paper. Fold the rice paper over to cover the filling and then fold in the two sides then roll up to form a parcel. Place on serving trays and cover with damp cloths until ready to serve.
DIPPING SAUCE: Mix together sweet chilli sauce and Kikkoman Gluten Free soy.
Serve with dipping sauce mixture.
