Ingredients
1 packet pre-cooked udon noodles
1 tbsp rice bran oil
SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste
1 tbsp of tsuyu
1 tbsp SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE
Directions
Prepare the toppings by cutting into bite size pieces. Toppings can be pork, chicken, prawns or scallops.
To cook the udon noodles, add them to boiling water for 2-3 minutes in a saucepan. No need to stir them or to put some oil in the saucepan beforehand as they will separate by themselves. Drain them and rinse well with cold water in a colander.
Add a little oil to a wok and start to cook the toppings. The secret to a delicious stir-fry is to make sure that all the ingredients have been mixed well for a few minutes.
You can now add the udon then the tsuyu and SIDS HOT WORCESTER SAUCE to your pan. Continue to mix everything together so all the ingredients are well combined. Season with SIDS SALT & PEPPER to taste. You can also add some bonito flakes, Japanese mayonnaise and seaweed sprinkles for an even more Japanese authentic flavour.
