Ingredients
2 chicken breast fillets, diced large
1½ cups Greek yoghurt
¼ tsp Chinese 5-spice powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp allspice
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
1 tsp curry powder
400 g coconut milk
2 cups of boiled rice, to serve
Directions
Mix yoghurt with SIDS CRAZY SALT and all of the spices and add the chicken. Coat all the chicken and marinate for about 15 minutes.
Place a large pan on medium heat, add the chicken mixture including all extra yoghurt.
Brown in the pan and then add the coconut milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with rice.
