Ingredients
400 g chicken thighs
2 tbsp yuzu pepper paste
½ tsp SIDS CRAZY SALT
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp cooking saké
½ tbsp rice bran oil
Directions
Cut chicken thighs into small chunks, with skin on. If you are putting on the BBQ keep the thighs as they are.
Mix the yuzu pepper, SIDS CRAZY SALT, garlic paste, soy sauce, mirin and cooking sake together in a bowl. Add the chicken and evenly cover with the mixture then set aside for one hour to marinate.
In a frying pan, cook the chicken thigh skin side down until it starts to turn brown, cover with a lid for a few minutes towards the end. Once the chicken skin has turned golden, turn the chicken bites over and let the other side cook for a few minutes. Serve.
